What is B.I.G. Youth?

What is B.I.G. Youth? B.I.G. stands for Believers In God.
We are the youth group at First Wesleyan Church in Siler City, NC.

What We Do

Our youth enjoy a variety of programs and activities. We offer weekly, monthly, and annual activities--all in an effort to provide the information, relationships, opportunities, and environments that are conducive to the spiritual growth of our youth.

Mission Statement

The main purposes of B.I.G. Youth Group are to lead youth to Christ and guide them in their Christian walk. We have the desire to encourage teens and show them that they CAN make a difference in our world. The staff at B.I.G. Youth is here to provide positive leadership and guidance. Our goal is to equip the teens of the world with confidence and the tools necessary to go out into the world and proclaim the Gospel of Christ.

Goals

B.I.G. Youth has set certain goals that we feel God wants us to accomplish through this ministry.

1. To spread and share the gospel of Christ to the lost on through personal contact in meetings and also via this web site, by equipping and using Christian teens to tell the “Good News” to others.

2. To provide a place of Christian love and fellowship to non-Christians and Christians through our youth meetings and activities, this website, B.I.G. Community, and email.
